My name is Eric and I help people navigate these important life challenges through Stress Relief Coaching.

Understandably, in these times, many people are experiencing more stress and anxiety than ever before without a clue on how to assuage, manage or let alone eliminate it.

How much time do you spend discovering, focusing and acting on what’s most important to you in your life?
If you’re not doing this life affirming practice every day… now is the time to start.
There are three activities you can begin today that will instantly move you into the direction of inner peace, joy and purpose.
- Take a few minutes in stillness and silence as soon as you wake up (5 or 10 minutes is plenty). Just focus on breathing and letting any thoughts you may have drift away. This I call soul work. It gets you in touch with your peaceful center and sets a peaceful tone for your day. At the end of this quiet time remember one thing that you can do today to either move you toward or helps you to reinforce you living your life with purpose. One thing!
- Make time for physical activity. Work out, take a walk, play with the kids, play a sport, take a hike, go for a bike ride, go dancing, heck, take a page from my wife’s book and have a dance party in the kitchen. Just get yourself moving a little every day and while you’re moving focus on what you are doing as much as possible. Don’t let the task awaiting you at work, or home or wherever ruin this special time.
- Say thank you, early and often. For everything! And more importantly FEEL gratitude for all of the wonderful blessing that fill your life. Even if you are currently experiencing hardship you can probably think of several blessings in your life that help you mentally cope with your circumstances. At the end of the day, as you lay in bed count as many things that happened throughout the day that you feel thankful for.
